David Marquina & Alan Green

David Marquina works as Junior Programs Coordinator at the Carolina Country Club in Raleigh, N.C. He cites three core values - pride passion and purpose – as keys to impacting Hispanic families and young players. His primary goal is to introduce Hispanic communities to the sport. Xavier University of Louisiana men’s and women’s tennis coach Alan Green has been named ITA/NAIA National Coach of the Year three times and 25 other coaching awards. The New Orleans native was 2022 Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year. He spoke about the challenges of collegiate tennis while his teams were competing in the HBCU National Tennis Championships. Highlighted are USTA Clay Courts Girls’ 12s champion Hannah Ayrault, from Atlanta, and the Bowling Green (Ky.) Parks & Recreation Dept.
